Based on Damien Hirst's work, in reference to his Pharmacy and taking an idea from his preserved dead animal series and his spot paintings.
Rather than work in a very controversial and alarming way as Hirst does with his works that speak about death, I decided I would have to produce a work that was quiet, cute, visually pleasing, as I was not comfortable trying to match his work, in most any way.
I'm not that kind of person, and I'm not going to be that kind of artist.
